Prof. Dr. Joachim Scherer is acting as Editor. Joachim is a partner at Baker & McKenzie and currently head of Baker & McKenzie’s telecoms practice (both in Europe and globally). He is adjunct professor of public and EU law at Goethe University in Frankfurt.
