Imogen is an associate in the International Disputes team in Brown Rudnick’s London office. Imogen has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, ranging from high-value breach of contract and negligence claims between financial institutions to disputes concerning privacy, harassment and defamation issues. Imogen has acted for senior individuals in connection with regulatory investigations and has a particular interest in disputes arising out of financial contexts.
