Euan Campbell is a Lecturer in Scots Private Law (Property) at the University of Glasgow and was previously a solicitor at a leading commercial law firm acting in a variety of matters in conveyancing and litigation. He is a member of the Scottish Property Law Discussion Group. He has written on trust law and tenancy law for the Edinburgh Law Review and the Juridical Review journals.
